Free shipping in nz for orders over $200
- Free shipping on all orders over $200.
- Free shipping applies to deliveries within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand only.
- Rural deliveries incur an additional $15 delivery fee, even when your order is over $200.
- We currently do not ship internationally, offshore or remote islands, including Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, and Stewart Island.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unused footwear within 14 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of return freight and may incur a standard freight charge for exchanges.
